What is my pet's size?

Unfortunately we are unable to determine your pet's size for you. However, for all our apparel and lilyboots, a size chart has been provided as a guide. Please use the charts to help you determine the most accurate size for your pet, since sizing may vary from manufactuer to manufacturer.

What is your exchange + return policy?

Customer satisfaction is our goal at Le Doggie Couture. In the event that any unused product does not meet your expectations, please return your merchandise to us in its original and unused condition within 30 days of receipt for a full merchandise exchange or store credit only, subject to item availability. All shipping cost for returns are the responsibility of the customer. Please note, that all sale items are final and canno't be exchanged or returned once purchased.

Where do I send my item for exchange or return?

Please make sure to provide us with the following information on the return receipt: the item you would like to return, why you are returning or exchanging it, which item you would like to exchange it for, and verify your mailing address.

What is your delivery time?

Our standard delivery time is 7 to 14 days for items that are in stock. If we do not have the item in stock, we will notify you with a delivery time. Please note that customized orders will take longer than the standard delivery time along with orders that are sent directly from our manufacturer.

What is your standard method of shipping?

Orders will be shipped via UPS. If requested, we can ship via the US Postal Service. However, please expect a longer delivery time for those items.

What are your shipping charges?

Our shipping charges will be based on the total size and weight of your order. Please note, it is difficult for us to give you an estimated dollar amount based on these circumstances.

For your protection, if you are unable to be present at your shipping location to sign for your package, we suggest you have your package shipped to a location you will you will be at such as your workplace or business. If you would like your package to be left without a signature, please indicate this in the special instructions for your order. Please be aware that Le Doggie Couture cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of packages delivered without a signature.

Why am I being charged for shipping?

Since we are a small growing company, we are unable to offer complimentary shipping on our orders. Customer satisfaction is our goal and we are trying to keep our shipping charges at a minimum.

How do I get my pampered pooch to be apart of your "Wolf-imonials" page?

Please send us an email with a picture of you and your dog with the following information and we will be more than happy to put it on our website. Your name, your dog's name, what city and state you are from, and a little note to us from you.

Do you offer wholesale?
